Motor Technology in Real-World Applications

Alva will showcase a range of application-focused systems featuring its motor technology in real-world use cases. These include an advanced payload by one of Alva´s trusted customers, Vertigo. This payload shows the incredible performance and compactness of Alva`s SlimTorq^™. The Demo includes a window to the mechatronic design for customers and partners to see how slotless motors save space in such compact designs. Another exciting demo is the proof of how Alva provides benefits for Marine Thrusters, showcasing the work done together with Ocein and another customer developing Marine Torpedos, both Thrusters are shown together with the frameless motors inside them. Alva´s FiberPrinting^™ enables designs of Thrusters that are powerful, very efficient and light.

Experience the Difference: Slotless vs. Slotted Motors

Visitors of Alva`s booth will be able to feel the difference between Alva`s technology and others, with an interactive demo including a slotless versus slotted motor technology. Developed by Alva's engineering team, the hands-on experience allows visitors to directly recognize the differences between conventional motors and Alva's slotless technology, highlighting the impact of cogging, torque smoothness, and overall system responsiveness. This demonstration also makes possible to confirm the fact that Alva´s SlimTorq™ is the only slotless motor in the market able to compete on continuous torque performance with slotted motors, even in out-runner configurations.  

Launch at Eurosatory

On June 16 at 14:00, Alva will officially unveil something new at the booth in Hall 4 #F286. The launch represents the next step in the company's mission to deliver innovative electric motor solutions that address the evolving requirements of modern aerospace, defense, robotics, industrial, and mobility systems.
