Alva has the capability to produce samples up to series production in-house, tailored to your specific needs. Additionally, we offer licensing of our manufacturing technologies to chosen partners.

In-house production

Alva is well positioned to meet your production needs in-terms of volume & quality. Our production facility is co-located with our headquarter & engineering office in Trondheim, Norway. Our motors are produced according to stringent & documented manufacturing procedures & every motor undergoes an end-of-line test to assure a high quality level.

We have a well-established & qualified supply-chain for raw-materials & components. With a well-equipped intake control unit we assure a high quality level from the start.

We produce prototypes samples through manual manufacturing process & series-production volume with semi-automised manufacturing processes.

Licensing

In the pursuit of electrifying the world, Alva also offer the opportunity to license the FiberPrinting™ manufacturing technology so you can leverage your own supply-chain & production capabilites to produce high-performance slotless motors according to your needs.

Alva will support you with development of product, initial production runs & setup of the production equipment at your facility.
